Summer Programming

Summer programming is a vital component of the school year at CJA. All incoming 3rd-grade and rising 4th through 6th-grade students attend CJA for the five-week summer term, and many rising 7th and 8th graders have access to outside programs over the summer.

These outside opportunities include academic and enrichment programs like Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development, Dominican University’s Summer Literacy Academy and High Jump. In addition, some students attend summer camps like Camp Moosilauke in New Hampshire, Camp Tecumseh in Indiana and Red Arrow Camp in Wisconsin.
