Invest in Kids Act
In 2017, the Illinois General Assembly passed the “Invest in Kids Act” (IIKA) Illinois Tax Credit Scholarship Program which allows individuals and corporations to donate to Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs). Chicago Jesuit Academy’s SGO is Empower Illinois. To learn more about the program, please visit http://tax.illinois.gov/News/InvestInKids.htm.
Below, we have included information about our fees, tuition and scholarships. Upon acceptance to Chicago Jesuit Academy, all students are granted a full scholarship to cover the cost of tuition. This has always been our commitment and is not changing.
If you have any questions about the program, please contact Ms. Meredith Mosbacher at (773) 696-1566.
Families are asked to contribute to their son’s education by paying school fees. The median parent contribution is $180.00 per year. This accounts for less than 1% of the $28,600 that it costs CJA to educate each student each year. To determine your school fees based on your income and family size, click here.
Grades 3-8: $28,600
Only young men from modest economic backgrounds who could not otherwise access a well-resourced, faith-based college prep education in the Catholic tradition will be considered for admission.
