Planning to Visit Us?

CJA is located just north of the Eisenhower Expressway and west of Cicero Avenue in the Austin neighborhood. Whether you are arriving from the east- or west-bound Eisenhower (I-290), our school is a short drive from the expressway.  Now that our school expansion is complete, we have several on-site parking options including a lot in front of the school entrance on Jackson Blvd. as well a lot directly adjacent to the northeast corner of the school with access from Quincy Street.   

Directions

Via the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) from Downtown Chicago

  • Take exit 24A towards Laramie Avenue (you’ll briefly be on Flournoy St.). 
  • Turn right to head north on Laramie Avenue for .5 miles until you reach the intersection with Jackson Blvd. 
  • Turn right on Jackson Blvd., heading east, and continue for 2/10 of a mile until you see the entrance to CJA on your left, just past Christ the King Jesuit College Prep (gray school building).

Via the Eisenhower Expressway (290) from the Western Suburbs

  • Take Exit 23B for Central Avenue. Turn left on Central Avenue to head North for .4 miles until you reach Jackson Boulevard.
  • Turn right on Jackson Blvd. and continue for .7 miles until you see the entrance to CJA on your left, just past Christ the King Jesuit College Prep (gray school building)

Parking

 Visitors and Volunteers are welcome to park in the following locations:

  • Jackson Blvd. Parking Lot – Located directly in front of our Jackson Blvd. entrance.  Parking spaces are clearly marked.
  • Quincy Street Lot – Located directly adjacent to the northeast corner of the school at 5047 W. Quincy Street.  This lot is owned and managed by CJA.  After parking in the lot, exit the pedestrian gate and turn left/west on to Quincy street.  Continue walking west until you reach the front entrance to CJA.
