What is your favorite Grad-at-Grad value?

My favorite Grad-at-Grad value is Loving because you can never love too much. You can never have too much love. It’s not a thing, and it shouldn’t be!

What is it like being in seventh grade at CJA?

Being in seventh grade is a lot, but as you grow and develop your ability to use the habits that will help you succeed, you’ll really like it.

What is your favorite thing about CJA?

My favorite things about CJA are the teachers, staff and the community because everyone is kind.

What do you like most about the people who work at CJA?

If you had a friend thinking about coming to CJA, what would you tell them?

I would convince them to come by telling them all the good qualities about CJA like the teachers, friends, Science and co-curriculars. I would tell them that it’s a good school. They would need to make sure they stay on top of their grades, though!

What is your favorite part of school?

My favorite part of school is co-curriculars, because after you get done studying and giving it your all, you get to have fun with people you love. I’ve done Praise Dance, Cheer and Dance, Robotics, Art Club and Drama. I like being able to try new things.

You were in our inaugural class of girls. How do you feel like you’ve grown in your time here?

I’ve learned to get out of my comfort zone here. I definitely started off as really shy, but now I’m willing to try new things. I definitely think I’m more confident. Some of these girls I’ve been with for a long time, and so I’m way more comfortable with sharing things that I usually don’t share with people. It feels like a sisterhood.

How do you feel about being an eighth grader next year?

It’s going to be something, considering that means I’m going to be the first class of graduating girls. It’s going to be weird, but I know I’m going to grow to love it!

What are you thankful for?

I’m thankful for this school because it has taught me a lot, even outside of education. They have taught me a lot about God. I am thankful for my family because they love me and they support me.
