What is your favorite thing about CJA?
My favorite thing about CJA is how the teachers are really nice. It’s fun going to school with my brothers. I see them in the halls, which is really nice. I always love walking down the halls because I get to look at all of my friends’ art outside of their classrooms.
At first, it was kind of scary because I didn’t really know anyone at the school but my brothers and their teachers. It was hard to make friends at the beginning, but now I have them!
It’s important that CJA began to enroll girls because girls need to learn too! Not all schools teach as well [as CJA], and since CJA only had a boys school at first, girls needed to come too.
I’ve learned that I can tell social workers anything that’s happening in my life. They are nice and safe adults to talk to.
I love the one where on the cover he’s riding the phoenix. I forgot the name… it’s Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets!
I love Math. I like to learn multiplication problems and different Math games. Sometimes, we have challenging word problems where we have to do division, but it’s still fun.
My favorite grad-at-grad values are seeking intellectual excellence and being open to growth. To me, they really stand out because I can act them out when I do them.
I am thankful that I could enroll at CJA. When I had my [Cura Personalis] conference, my teacher told my mom all these positive things about my year!
